IBM story ongoing...
I just got called again from IBM, and actually reached someone who knew my tickets real status.
It took my like 10 minutes to tell them I do not want my LCD to be repaired, because I don’t think it’s broken. Or has anyone ever heard of a computer not booting (and randomly freezing) due to a bad LCD?
Well, at least she promised me a callback from a technician.
I want to hear from him that the LCD is indeed causing system freezes.
